  • Accelerate Mexico's transition to renewable energies by establishing a solar-photovoltaic network of electric chargers for electric vehicles, develop manufacturing industries associated to solar and wind energy as well as electric vehicles, connect 45,000 marginalized rural areas to electricity through renewable sources and give tax incentives and credits to firms that run on renewable energies.
  • Restructure the oil sector by investing in Pemex and building 2 new refineries to supply more gasoline to the country.
