  • Annually treat 2.6 million young people in a vulnerable situation between the ages of 15 and 29 through human development, education, productivity, academic and community building activities.
  • Guarantee a free of charge universal health coverage that attempts to be much more preventive than reactive by offering health services and medicine freely in the clinics and hospitals of the Public Health System.
  • Incorporate sports into people's everyday lives by doing National Committee for Sports and Physical Culture that furthers sports in public policies such as using the bicycle as a way of transportation and investing in the infrastructure needed for sports and recreation.

  • Consolidate a universal health system that promotes the integration of health institutions creating a Unique Health Fund, moves to a model that prioritizes disease prevention and guarantees access to medical prescriptions. This will be done through agreements with pharmaceutical companies that create a supply system of exact dosage to avoid waste.
