Empower Mexican origin communities in the United States by supporting their agendas, the legalization of the dreamer community and strengthening their ties with Mexico.
Promote a new cooperation program in security issues between Mexico and the United States with the focus on reducing violence, that treats equally the illicit traffic of drugs into the U.S. as gun smuggling into Mexico.
Guarantee the unrestricted respect for migrants' human rights, especially for people from Central America crossing through Mexico by promoting with those countries cooperation mechanisms that develop their origin communities.
Continue furthering in the international drug policy debate the paradigm change from prohibition to the idea of risk and damage reduction.
Further a regional integration mechanism with Latin America and the Caribbean that promotes free trade, ordered migration, investment in infrastructure and sustained development in the region.
Strengthen Mexico's presence in the Pacific Alliance through science and technology cooperation programs, supply chain integration and more efficient political dialogue mechanisms.
Establish a greater economic and investment cooperation with China and the Asia Pacific.
Establish a State culture policy that stimulates the production and consumption of goods and services native to Mexico in order to project Mexico's culture to the world.
