Strictly monitor any private agent that receives public resources with new legal sanctions for those who misuse them as well as creating a database of all private contractors that have been sanctioned or not fulfilled their contracts.
Create a Federal Law Against the Conflict of Interest giving full autonomy to the organs in charge of fighting corruption and filling them only with citizens not connected to the parties.
Harshen controls on money laundering with a meticulous investigation on shell firms and fostering collaboration with international agents to fight tax havens.
Eliminate the President's immunity from being sued ("fuero") and make obligatory for every public official their asset, interests and fiscal declarations.
Republican austerity with the budget as a guiding principle of government to help free up resources and not raise taxes.
Eliminate former President's pensions.
Modify the National Code of Criminal Proceedings to allow anyone to be able to do their criminal investigations and present evidence to the judge in a case of corruption.
Ban direct designation projects and make all government tenders public online and with real-time streaming to monitor them.
Avoid corruption in public contracts by verifying market prices, avoid the participation of shell companies, have citizen monitors and concentrate contracts to avoid duplicating them.
Reduce the size of the Federal government using Value Stream Maps to identify processes, services, and activities that do not add value to eliminate them.
Have an open and efficient government by reforming the 35th Constitutional Article to increase the scope of public referendums, further transparency, and open-data through the use of new technologies and redesign all the government agencies in charge of transparency and accountability.

Strengthen the democratic system by promoting citizen participation mechanisms such as citizen bills, referendum, revocation of power among others.
Fortify the audit functions of the Mexican Congress by presenting periodic reports of the State's secretariats.
Fasten the use and development of new information technologies to cut red-tape through an electronic government.
Favor merit and effort when selecting people for government job openings.
Revise the quantity and the quality of government spending in the electoral system furthering austerity and efficiency.
Perfect and strengthen the National Anticorruption System by granting constitutional autonomy to the Federal Superior Auditor in order to punish the diversion of funds at the federal and local level.
Strengthen and expand international cooperation programs with regards to fighting corruption.
Prohibit the use of cash for any government transaction (all levels) and for any government office (i.e., autonomous regulatory bodies or public labor unions) that interact with private agents.

Create a Citizen Commission for the Investigation of Acts of Corruption to expose acts and persons involved in corruption in order to initiate a judicial process.

Promote a Contract and Public Works General Law aligned with the requirements of the National Anti-Corruption System.
Establish Citizen Observatories with a capacity to supervise in real time the legality, transparency, and accountability of public contracts and acquisitions made by the government.
Identify which government processes and procedures have the highest rates of corruption in order to simplify them and implement technological changes that allow for their digitalization to avoid corruption.
Force every public entity to abide by the Government Accounting Law that will have only one catalog that registers every entity's accounting transactions as well as a transparency and accountability mechanism.
Identify and dismantle corruption networks between politicians, public officials, enterprises, and criminal organizations by reinforcing the coordination between the financial intelligence unit and the Tax Administration Service (SAT).
Promote an electoral and criminal reform that correctly categorizes and punishes the use of illicit resources in electoral campaigns.
Professionalize and fortify the police force to confront organized crime.
Guarantee the political independence of the General Prosecutor's Office, and the heads of the prosecutor offices specialized in anti-corruption, electoral crimes, and human rights, incorporating selection criteria that recuperate society's legitimacy.

Confiscate money and properties of corrupt public officials.
Money recuperated from these charges will be returned to the government and be destined for scholarships and crime prevention programs.
A new agile tool should be created within the Prosecutor's General Office that benefits from the modification of the current law on expiration of ownership to better use confiscated funds.
Maximum penalties for corrupt public officials that increase the penalty times, forces people guilty of corruption to pay up to 3 times what they stole, as well as permanently banning them from participating in government contracts.
